Jimmy Howe) will premiere my new work\, Myrkvun\, for choir\, cello\, and piano. This three-movement work features three Icelandic poems about the seasons. As the poetry moves from summer through autumn and into winter\, the music grows increasingly somber\, reflecting the darkening skies through the turning of the year.
